The Cub Scouts went to Upstate Gymnastics today to complete their Gymnastics Belt Loop. They learned about each of the events and then got to practice each of them. They had such a wonderful time!

Crossover 2013
Today was the Crossover for Cub Scouts to Boy Scouts. I am so PROUD of Zachary for standing up in front of an audience and completing the Flag Ceremony. In this ceremony, he is the only one speaking. Way to go Zachary!
Easter Hunt at Trinity
Today, Will had an Easter Party at his Preschool - Trinity Baptist.
We are so fortunate to have such wonderful teachers at his school!

300 Steps Mile Mark!
Zachary reached a HUGE milestone today! He reaced 300 steps in his reading...that means he has read 75 hours! For every 100 steps, he receives a medal and is on the morning news! Way to go Zach!

Oconee Heritage Museum
The Cub Scouts went to Oconee Heritage Museum to learn about history. It made me feel so old. They could not believe some of the old things...spinning wheels, rotary phones, records!

Annual Loop-A-Ree
This weekend we camped out at Westiminster Elementary for the Cub Scouts Annual Loop-a-ree. We had lots of fun and games as well as classes on selected subjects. We learned Geology, Art, Science, Astronomy, Flag Football and Kickball. At night, we enjoyed S'mroes on our fire pit!

Pinewood Derby 2013
The Cub Scouts of Pack 201 had their Annual PineWood Derby today and Zachary took home FIRST PLACE. He will now compete in the District Races!
