Today, I took the Cub Scouts on a "Behind The Scenes" tour of the Clemson Media Department.  The boys toured the yearbook, the magazine, the newspaper...

Got to be on the TV set...

Did a scavenger hunt...

Did a live shout-out on the Radio Station...

Made music by moving records...

Clemson made this an excellent experience for the scouts!!

Welcome Back TWINKLE!

Every year on Thanksgiving, Santa sends one of his elves "Twinkle" to keep an eye on the boys behavior.  Every night, she flies back to the north pole to report to Santa...who has been Naughty and who has been Nice!  In the morning, she is in a different spot...

So much fun!

Salute to Hero's Pack Meeting

Today at our Cub Scout Pack Meeting, the scouts all earned different badges.  Zachary earned his Bobcat Badge and several beltloops...communicating, citizenship, video games, computers, collecting, bowling, soccer and bicycling!

Tiger Cubs To The Fire Department

The TIger Cubs are learning all about "My Community."  We have studied a map and talked about important jobs in our community.  Today, we took a trip to our local Fire Department!  We got a hands on experience and they even rang the fire alarms!

100 BOOK CHALLENGE

Today, Zachary completed his 100th step on the 100 Book Challenge.  That means he has read a total of 25 hrs since the start of the school year!  He received a metal, had a start placed on the school board and will be on the AM TV show at school next week!
