School Field Trip

While Keith & Kenny were at day camp, Teri, Emily, Zachary and I went to the school where Teri works to visit some of her co-workers. Pictured below is Vice Principal Mrs. Williams and Becky with her 20-day old daugher, Elise.

And Princial, Mr. Hallman... who is a CLEMSON UNIVERSITY GRADUATE!

Amusement Ride

Also at the mall, Zachary enjoyed riding in the motion cars...

Cookie Monster

Zachary had his first cookie (well, three cookies) from the Cookie Company today while at Rivergate Mall and loved it with his milk.

Zach & Cousin Emily

Well, we have been busy visiting with the family and cruising around Nashville. Zachary has loved being around 9-year old cousin Emily. She is wonderful with him and it has given Aunt Teri and I some alone time. We wished she lived closer because she would make a great Mother's Helper at our house! Emily lives in Louisville, KY but came to Nashville for a few days to visit with us. We have had two "girl's night slumber parties." We watched movies, talked and enjoyed icecream. Emily even spent some time riding cousins Keith & Kenny's horse, Sampson. Thanks for helping us this week with young Zachary!

Pictures of Airport Trip

We Made it to Nashville!

Zachary did wonderful on his first airplane trip to Nashville. Our most difficult part was making it through security with all my necessary equipment for a 14-month old child. Luckily, we sat on the plane between two mothers who were very helpful with Zachary. He actually fell asleep on my lap before take-off and woke up about ten minutes before we landed. I only hope that our flight back is as easy! I will post pictures from the airport later.

First Airplane Trip

Today, Zachary and I will be flying to Nashville, Tennessee to visit Zachary's Great Aunt Teri and his Great Grandparents. We live near the airport in Clemson and frequently see planes flying over our house. All week, we have been pointing at airplanes and talking about our trip. Wish me luck as I battle a 14-month old child on an airplane by myself!!
